Steps

  1. Open the invoice

Find it under Invoices — search by client or number, or filter by Draft, Due, Paid or Overdue.

  2. Share the PDF

Tap Share PDF. Payverly builds the PDF and opens your device's share options, so you can send it by email, in a messaging app, or save it to your files.

  3. Or print it

Tap Print to send it to a printer, or choose to save it as a PDF from the print dialog.

  4. Or email it from your own address

Tap Email to send the PDF straight to your client from your own email address. This needs a one-time setup — connect your mail server.

Good to know

  • Receipts have the same Print and Share options, so your client can get proof of payment too.
  • Your logo, business details, tax ID, invoice header and footer print on the PDF. Add your logo.
