The short version
- It is permanent
- Your account and everything in it — invoices, receipts, clients, items, stock and support tickets — is erased. It cannot be undone or recovered.
- Two ways
- From the app in under a minute, or by emailing us if you no longer have the app.
- Keep your copies
- Download or share any invoice PDFs you need for your records before deleting.
1. Delete it in the app
- Open Payverly and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and you are signed out on that device.
2. Request deletion without the app
Email privacy@payverly.app with the subject “Delete my Payverly account”.
- Send it from the email address on the account, so we can confirm the request is yours.
- If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which, and send it from that account’s email.
- If you only used Payverly as a guest, a guest account has no email to verify — delete it from the app, or uninstall the app; we cannot match a guest account to a person.
We will confirm by reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
3. What is erased
- Your account and sign-in details, including your password.
- Your business profile: name, address, tax details, logo, branding and email-sending settings.
- Every invoice, line item, receipt and payment record.
- Your clients, items and categories, brands, suppliers, branches, warehouses and stock history.
- Your support tickets and replies.
- The push-notification registrations for your devices, so notifications stop.
4. What is kept
A deletion record containing only your former account identifier, how you signed in (email, Google, Apple or guest) and the dates the account was created and deleted. It holds no name, email address or password, and exists only to show the deletion happened.
Copies in routine server backups and logs are removed as those age out on their normal cycle. If you want the deletion record removed too, ask at privacy@payverly.app.
